The trilogy of works titled 'Fire + Ice' have a mix of different influences. The main two are Robert Frost's 1920 poem 'Fire + Ice' and Dante Alighieri's 14th century poem, 'Dante's Inferno.' These two influences were then mixed with my own experiences.
The main intended theme of the works is the idea that destruction can sometimes be the greatest form of creation. Some cycles must end for a new one to be created.
