Artwork Description

Forest Harbour Dusk is part of a series of seascape and beach inspired artworks.
Ships in a roll.
Stretch or frame with Bluethumb or your local framer.
The artwork size is 110 x 158 cm stretched or 113 x 161cm framed approximately.

I work in a Impressionist style using a palette of dark greens, bright blues, grey, cream, olive, beige, mocha brown and white.
The paint is applied in thick brushstrokes and palette knife to create a soft seascape.

Artist Bio

I sell in a roll taking out the massive cost of packing, shipping and insurance on large artwork. As we all know the "Free Shipping and returns" are built into the cost of an artwork
By choosing stretching and framing through Bluethumb's local framing network who often deliver it in person- It arrives quickly and undamaged by rushed couriers. Bluethumb's framing network create custom made stretchers and frames, which equals a well priced high quality purchase without the bloated price of shipping an oversized artwork.

You obviously have the choice of using your local framer who can expand on your framing options to include a myriad of options to suit your interior.

My stockroom contains small quirky art and my big art - main style is in Artist Picks.

"Carla Cassidy is Modern Impressionist. Her work is tactile, with thick brushstrokes and mark making. She worked in Fashion and Textiles and has a love of colour and texture that translates into her abstracts oceans and landscapes
She paints en plein air and from photographs of beach and coastal, mountains and rolling hills of agriculture."
