Artwork Description

This work carried on from a series of drawings called 'The Amphitheatre Series' that began at an artist residency at Bundanon in the Shoalhaven region on the South Coast of NSW. This was one of the figures from that series that I kept developing but in oils rather than charcoal. I have continued to use the same colour palette throughout this body of work that was influenced by the surroundings and environment of the Shoalhaven area.
