This is a painting inspired by a local cafe at Colonia del Sacramento Old Town in Uruguay. The area has a relaxed atmosphere, with lots of beautiful little cafes and restaurants. It is also full of historic buildings from the times of the Spanish, Portuguese and English colonies.
The painting was done using the palette knife only in order to create texture.
