The artwork depicts a couple sitting under a palm tree, on a tropical beach, watching the sun going down behind the ocean. I was inspired by my love of the ocean and in particular of tropical beaches, of which we have so many in Australia. I created this painting during our Covid lockdown, as a way of reminiscing about happier times.
I used AS oils, an Australian company with the best reputation. The canvas is stretched and ready to hang with a strong wire at the back.
