I am basically a self taught artist as my arts degree consisted more of essay writing than any painting tuition. I enjoy working with different mediums and topics but have a special fondness for portraiture and find the challenge of creating an exact likeness to be very fulfilling. I have created some reasonably large works but also enjoy painting intricately detailed scenes on small beach shells.I am a daydreamer and this is where most of my inspiration comes from.
