This is depicting the plight of the koala’s with the proposed clearing of state forests as authorised by Gladys Berejiklian
I was raised in an artistic family. My step father’s mother was Hilda Rix Nicholas who is held in high regard in the art world. I was fortunate to be surrounded by her art work as a child. I didn’t Seriously start painting until I was approximately 50 years old. I am a self taught artist however feel I have absorbed some knowledge of art growing up. I predominately paint in Acrylic however do dabble in pastels and water colour. I am very passionate about the environment and animals which is often reflected in my art. I also have used my art to express some of my political views.
