This painting is inspired by the Uluru Fields of Lights experience. The beauty of a carpet of lights amongst evening pastures leading the eye into ghostly distant trees. The mystery of the evening and the drama of night skies at odds with the beauty and colour of a proliferation of lights that remind us of a gathering of fairy rings.
The use of bold orange pink and magenta hues which contrast yet complement the dark tones used in the sky and background foliage.
