Where the Fallen Lie

Every year, I remember my Grandfather who served and survived both WW1 and WW2. For me the red poppy will forever trigger loving thoughts of this courageous and dutiful man, and loving grandfather.

Caroline Reid is an award-winning landscape artist based in Ngunnawal country, Canberra. She says she paints to ‘love where she lives’. Caroline works in a wide range of media and styles, but specialised in soft pastel landscapes. She also paints large abstract landscapes in acrylic paint and other media. Caroline has had numerous solo and group exhibitions and recently exhibited in Brick Lane London. She has completed several artist residencies in Venice and Chaumont, France and will be completing residencies in Tasmania and Kavala, Greece in 2024. Caroline is a partner at Bungendore Fine Art Gallery.
