‘Kimberley’ is from one of the world's most ancient wilderness regions: Painted with a palette knife, I used the abundance of natural colour and texture to depict the rugged unsealed roads travelling alongside open beaches, lush landscape and adventurous beauty of this isolated coastline.

One of the last true wilderness frontiers on the globe...and covering hundreds of thousands of square kilometres, the Kimberley region is 3 times larger than England with a population of less than 40,000 – spread over Australia's entire north-western corner.
