Artwork Description

A flamboyant pair of posies, captured in a rich palette, showcases their final fleeting gregarious display. The artwork’s contrasting complementary hues and rich textures, drawn from obscure origins, add an element of intrigue, inviting viewers to celebrate the vibrant beauty of these flowers in their final jubilance on their way to decay.

My artwork style explores a continuous theme of intentional misrepresentation, with layered textures placed to mimic alternative aesthetic forms, challenging our ingrained perceptions.

Limited edition of 50. Each piece comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.

Alternative sizes, and framing options (including unframed) also available on request.

Please note: Artwork is made to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for printing and framing.

Artist Bio

Carrie is a digital artist and designer who spent much of her career as a graphic designer before returning to her true passion—art. Her work is known for its organic style, merging rich textures, vibrant colors, and dynamic compositions inspired by nature. Through an intuitive layering process, she transforms photographic content into unique pieces that blend careful curation with creative exploration. Her art often features familiar subjects like florals and landscapes, yet plays with perception by mimicking alternative forms, challenging viewers to see beyond the obvious.
