This drawing was inspired by a pair of blue-faced honey eaters that joined my family one lazy Sunday brunch. Sitting in an open-air cafe, with a view of the river, on a bright sunny day and joined by 2 of the most beautiful little birds. It was heaven.... until our new friends stole some of our meal!
