Hi I’m Cassie 👋
I was Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. My passion for art started at a very young age, after growing up watching my fathers amazing art skills, I knew I wanted to follow a creative career path.
I attended TAFE completing a diploma in fashion production, expanding my skills in figure and clothing drawing. After running a cloth nappy business for 10 years while my 2 children grew, I did further studies in business but still constantly kept my illustration as a hobby. I’m now back to doing what I truely love, painting everyday and broadening my skills through art school, studying at art school co.
Not a day goes by where Cassie is not putting something down on paper or a surface.
My versatility is portrayed through the whimsical realism in my work. I enjoy telling stories with my pictures and I aim to spread my love of art through my pieces. I am always inspired by portraiture and nature and I try to capture the whimsy in the world that can portray fantasy, zodiac, whimsical and celestial natures. I enjoy using all mediums concentrating on watercolour and colour pencil. I reside in the rural Kenilworth, QLD where my creative spirit continues to thrive.
