This is an oil painting of a beautiful Rainbow Bee-eater bird amongst some loose Jacaranda flowers. I love the colours of these birds and I so enjoy adding texture as I paint their feathers. You will also find some gorgeous texture in the loose Jacaranda flowers. Colour and texture is such an amazing combination and keeps me going back to my easel to paint more.
