This painting is of a Bridle Nail-tailed Wallaby which are an endangered species. I have been fortunate to have seen a few in captivity in a breeding program . They are quite small and quite nervous , but so beautiful . i have created footprints and words to describe the wallaby within the gesso base to create a textured effect.
