Solitude is an intuitive piece, that just seemed to eventuate. When I began, I had no definate idea of subject, more a feeling that I wanted to express. As the work progressed, it developed into an underwater scene with a peaceful meditative feel. I love the way the light beams through the piece, giving it a soft mysterious ambience.
