'Lombok Love' Archival Print - 51 x 51 cm Ed. 3 of 25

The lure of Lombok, Indonesia. It is so untouched and uninhabited. This is a colourful rendition of one of my most visited and then missed places throughout the pandemic. The colours reflect the bright, old fishing boats with flaky paint spotting the various beaches along with the bright personalities of the people who frequent them.

This one was a process of elimination as much as it was addition as it went through a number of seasons. Each layer was stripped back in parts by water, sponge or a palette knife and worked on over a 6 month period until I was happy with the end product.

My prints are reproduced to the highest quality by Fox Lab and are as close to the originals as possible . Please allow at least one week for orders to be printed and shipped. To minimise my carbon footprint and wastage, my prints are made to order and sent directly from Fox Lab. Thanks so much for your understanding.
