Artwork Description

I was inspired to create a piece that reflected a sustainable future. To me, a sustainable future is keeping the planet clean, and replenishing the earth with plants and trees. Not only is it important to do these things but it is also important to maintain healthy relationships with loved ones. This piece reflects the connection between Mother and daughter and “A Mother’s Lesson” to the next generation about replenishing our planet and being environmentally sustainable.

Artist Bio

Charlotte is a self taught artist based in Adelaide, South Australia.

She enjoys focusing on portraying a persons soul through the use of animals and selective colour. The positioning of colour and animals in her work is not random, instead it is highly strategic to emphasise the emotion and personal connection through her drawings.

Her work has been displayed in art exhibitions (including the annual Victor Harbour Art Show), local cafes, banks and local markets.

Charlotte also creates customised pieces for her clients, and is more than happy to discuss creating the perfect piece for you.
