Inspired by those loved and lost. This collection embodies a reconstruction of the way I create my art. Coming back to my instinctual state of flow and releasing all emotions onto the canvas. There are heavy emotions poured into every single piece in this collection. A beautiful contrast of light and darkness. You may see movement in some pieces that represent similarity to the serpent. Historically, serpents and snakes represent fertility or a creative life force. As snakes shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing.
