Miranda’s Island is inspired by Shakespeare’s The Tempest and the many previous artworks portraying Shakespearean characters. Miranda is surround by the movement of the water and has adorned herself with Australian wildflowers, coral and shells from the ocean.
Her expression is deep and thoughtful, considering her father’s motives, her relationship with the many unusual characters on the island and her future.
