Artwork Description

This piece began as part of a series surrounding a children's story I wrote. The story is about a heroic and kind owl. He is often visited by his bush friends to curl up and have a nap, or to chat and sing in his company.
I added florals to further enhance the bright and friendly nature of the work, where each animal is happy, content and kind.
I can see this painting adorning the wall in a nursery or children's space, but equally, it would give a wonderful touch of vibrant colour and warmth to any space in the home or office.
I have enhanced the look of the work with my signature choice of a gold frame in case framing is not required, but the work would look just as beautiful in a frame, which I have featured in the photographs here.
