Growing up on the Bellarine Peninsula, I am constantly inspired by the cliff faces, ocean and majestic skies as the sun rises and sets. The vivid pink, orange and yellow filling the sky like magic is a never-ending beauty that I strive to paint.

Artist Bio

Cherie Roessler is a Geelong based artist, growing up on the Bellarine Peninsula and heavily influenced by the ocean.
Cherie works with multiple mediums, creating intuitively in order to see where the marks take her.
Predominantly working on abstracts and portraiture, Cherie fuses her love of vibrant colour and celebrating strong female figures. She utilises art making as a meditation tool and a way to tap into her inner self.
