Artwork Description

FRAMED - NATURAL TIMBER FLOATING FRAME
'Lure of Distance' is vibrant textured landscape abstraction. The complex, yet restricted palette, of orange, pink, blue and green is about depth and drawing the viewers gaze. It is inspired by looking out to the distance when deep in thought, as if the answers were within the horizon - spellbound by the endless possibilities.

This work will be available for purchase online and will also be on display at the Bluethumb Gallery in Richmond, Melbourne as part of the gallery's 'Bluethumb x Southern Buoy: 40 x 40' exhibition from May 2nd - July 1st. Interested collectors may inquire prior to this date.

It is acrylic on stretched canvas and comes framed in natural timber, and wired ready to hang.

It is signed on the front and titled on the back with a Letter of Authenticity.

It has a varnished finished.

“I’ve lived a little. I’ve travelled a lot. My work is an expression of life experiences good times and bad. I begin with a feeling and end wherever the music and the paint takes me. I’m not trying to answer life’s riddles, it’s more like… this is how I’m feeling."
