Glance at the Garden series, which records the reclamation of a small, tired lawn into a living, experimental garden.
“…an impressionistic capture of soil, light, memory, and practice.”
The garden began as a compact patch of domestic block on a rural fringe. The climate is generous but exacting, with warm, humid summers and cool, open winters and the site is shaped by the Lockyer Valley's undulating fields. This is a suburban garden with a regional heartbeat, born from patient digging, soil amendments, and the decision to let experiments guide design.
