River Bushland

This work depicts the beauty of the river Bushland in the Tamar Valley. Beyond the falls at supply River the track leads you towards dense and seemingly untouched Bushland. The tall gum trees, sheaoak and paper bark canopy make the undergrowth cool, mossy and dappled. A place worth exploring

Chloe is an emerging artist making abstract works inspired by the Tasmanian landscape. Her work is motivated by and reflects both the vastness and intimacy of place. Growing up along Kanamaluka/Tamer River has provided an endless source for artistic exploration. While the landscapes of my childhood occur frequently I am also drawn to various landscapes across Lutruwita including the southern coastline and the majestic beauty of Kunanyi Mt. Wellington above Nipaluna Hobart where I am currently based.
