The tracks along the kanamaluka Tamar River valley are full of beautiful textures and hues. Small plains of grassland and dense scrubby bushland. This small work has been lovingly created through observation of a multitude of vantage points.

Chloe is an emerging artist making abstract works inspired by the Tasmanian landscape. Her work is motivated by and reflects both the vastness and intimacy of place. Growing up along Kanamaluka/Tamer River has provided an endless source for artistic exploration. While the landscapes of my childhood occur frequently I am also drawn to various landscapes across Lutruwita including the southern coastline and the majestic beauty of Kunanyi Mt. Wellington above Nipaluna Hobart where I am currently based.
