Christine Onward is the whisperer of colours and harmonious shapes. Above all, Christine is passionate about folklore with nautical themes, passion that reflects in most of her works. Her art is a stylised reflection of her environment: “Living in Old Bar, so close to the beach, connects my every moment of life with the energies of the ocean, with the ever changing colours of the sea, the movement of the clouds, and the magistral shows of a sunset . This is the essence of my art: the energy I draw from the sea”.
Christine Onward is member of the Hastings Valley Fine Art Association and Great Lakes Art Society since 2020 with works exhibited in the Hastings Valley Fine Art Gallery and Sunset Gallery in Port Macquarie, as well as Great Lakes Art Gallery, Forster NSW. Other works are exhibited in private galleries, including The Oracle, Broadbeach, QLD.
