I started painting when i was 15, but it has not been very consistent, life gets in the way with marriage and children and career, but through the years i have done many courses, especially at Adelaide School of Art. Now i am retired I have been painting consistently for the past 4 or 5 years.
I love painting in all mediums, oil, oil sticks, acrylics, mixed media and water colours. I love them all, but love changing what i am doing and what i am painting from nudes, to people, abstract and impressionists. I just love colour and texture in everything i do, even my home has a lot of blue white and red everywhere, from modern to antiques, and just interesting pieces.
I have spent 35 years studying esoterics, i am an esotericist, i love exploring the inner world of the mind and subconscious. I have done a lot of healing work and i am also a numerologist, doing charts and teaching for 30 odd years.
I love life, and just want to have fun and be happy especially with my paintings, but it gets VERY frustrating. I see in my mind where i want to go with it but many times it is not easy to put it on canvas.
