A bright and colourful palette renders this artwork of a Venice Canal. This narrow format has been used to remind the viewer of the unique Venice architecture and landscape. Tall weathered colorful buildings tower over the small boats lining the narrow canals. The Venice reflections in the water, are one of my favourites to paint.
