Artwork Description

This painting is one of three that is inspired by what lies above us. In this case it was a view from a suburban back yard which, although it was in the city it always had a flock of seagulls circling in the sky looking for food. The washing line gives a clue to its location, as once you look up at the sky, you could be anywhere in the world.
