Adelie Penguin

This original illustration features an adorable Adelie Penguin, who is common to the entire Antarctic Coast, which is the only place they live.

This little guy was illustrated using graphite pencils on Arches 300gsm Smooth Watercolour paper which is made of 100% cotton and is A4 in size. It is a natural white and the artwork has been finished with a fine art matt spray preserving the art from transfer and adding a barrier to dirt. Sent to you packed flat in an archival clear sleeve with heavy board to prevent damage.

I've always enjoyed incorporating art into my everyday, whether it be through my work as a designer or by painting in spare time. My art reflects my love of birdlife, passion for patterns and background in graphic design. Experiments over the years have drawn me to watercolour as my medium of choice.
