Artwork Description

SAVE $100. Having a clearance sale for the new year ahead. If you love TEXTURE this one delivers. Inspired by my love of nature and also textures plus living in the Adelaide hills. Flowers are such a happy subject and also a beautiful uplifting feature for ones space. These colours reflect the flowers you would find wild speckled turquoise, sky blues, pinks, greens, yellow, beige and whites. The background has a light texture with thick chunky piped on flowers that jump off the painting. Painted around edges. The painting looks much better in real life this one is hard to photograph, the close ups give you a better idea of its satin finish, colours and textures. Painted around the edges ready to hang.

Artist Bio

Award-winning artist Miranda Lloyd expresses a deep connection to her natural surroundings. Living in the foothills, her enthusiasm for painting is inspired by her own backyard and a desire to bring the “outside, inside,” while complementing her modern lifestyle. A passionate surfer, Miranda often reflects the ocean in her work. Her paintings exaggerate nature’s lines, shapes, and colours, resulting in a modern blend of abstract impressionism and contemporary style. Miranda won a finalist award in the Brand South Australia Regional Business Awards 2014. 2017 Miranda was selected by the Director of Arts and Health to exhibit 28 of her large paintings in the New Royal Adelaide Hospital. A 2.3 billion dollar build. 2018 Miranda's artworks were published in a hardcover Australian Art Book along with 54 other iconic Australian country artists. Her art and profile has been used by an American University ( The Art Of Education University) with 9 other international nature artists as a resource for their program. Miranda’s work and bio will also be featured in Australia’s Home Design magazine with 11 other artists. They also publish Grand Designs Australia . 2025 The Adelaide Airport's New Premium Plaza Lounge purchased two of Miranda's Australiana themed artworks as part of their interiors.
