Artwork Description

Gum Tree in Coastal Floral Garden Textured Impasto, where I’ve painted my signature style tree against a vibrant new abstract textured background. The background reflects a floral coastal garden, bursting with vibrant, colourful hues that captures the essence of florals and coastal life. Combining my passion for natural landscapes and seaside vibes, this piece offers a deeply textured experience that invites viewers to connect with the beauty of the outdoors. The tree is also very textured. Colours are a mix of deep blues, white, turquoise, pinks, whites, metallic golds, greens and sky blues. A cool and calming piece. Painted around the edges ready to hang.

Artist Bio

Award-winning artist Miranda Lloyd expresses a deep connection to her natural surroundings. Living in the foothills, her enthusiasm for painting is inspired by her own backyard and a desire to bring the “outside, inside,” while complementing her modern lifestyle. A passionate surfer, Miranda often reflects the ocean in her work. Her paintings exaggerate nature’s lines, shapes, and colours, resulting in a modern blend of abstract impressionism and contemporary style. Miranda won a finalist award in the Brand South Australia Regional Business Awards 2014. 2017 Miranda was selected by the Director of Arts and Health to exhibit 28 of her large paintings in the New Royal Adelaide Hospital. A 2.3 billion dollar build. 2018 Miranda's artworks were published in a hardcover Australian Art Book along with 54 other iconic Australian country artists.
