Abstract Painting on Canvas

This original large painting was a continuation of my recent experiment in using different techniques to apply the paint. The work was created using Sponges, rags, scrapers, spray packs, Paint Pens then finished off with brushes

The work is a Large Statement Piece that would create maximum impact to any room. This artwork is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways, Vintage Billboards and other weathered surfaces. The work is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.
