Artwork Description

Reproduction Print on paper

Signed and numbered on the front.

Rain dances have a special pagan fascination about them. The attempt at communicating with Nature's forces. This artwork depicts a plan, a blueprint if you like, of organising a Rain Dance with the dancers swirling, creating writhing rhythms across the landscape. If you would like this print either larger or smaller to fit a specific space let me know and I’ll alter the dimensions for you. This may alter the selling price a little which I can calculate for you.

Absurd art that looks at the strange incidents that one encounters from time to time This artwork brings everyday, non – artwork objects together where they acquire strong, symbolic meanings within the context of the whole work. I like the way the pieces contribute to the composition yet still retain their original identity. This artwork brings everyday, non – artwork objects together where they acquire strong, symbolic meanings within the context of the whole work. I feel that in some ways this sculptural technique of organizing into a unified whole a group of unrelated and often fragmentary or discarded objects is a powerful metaphor of how people from various cultures and walks of life can be bought together and live harmoniously as a whole.
