Hello Bluethumb , my name is Sonia and I'm a self taught artist living in the Hawkesbury Region NSW I work from a little studio on my property, I take my inspiration from the world around me , when it comes to my Art I'm very spontaneous, so once I get a idea in my head I just cant wait to get my hands messy ,experiment and create something unique.
I use various techniques within the acrylic pouring method to achieve my style. the wonder and excitement of every art piece keeps me inspired and creative, I love the fact that every artwork is one of a kind and can never be duplicated.
I also find so much inspiration in Animals, whether wild or domestic a painting of a animal can bring someone so much emotion, love, fear, courage, hope, happiness. we feel so much when looking in the eyes of the creatures that roam our planet.
But i don't stop there. With a keen eye for design and a love for home decor i also channel my artistic talent into creating pieces that seamlessly compliment someone's style and decoration.
