Artist Picks: Todd Simpson - Urban Landscapes

There's a lot more to landscape art than rolling hills and eucalyptus trees.
With over 85% of Australians living in an urban setting it's probably not surprising that many artists are actively creating work that responds to this reality.
The urban environment can be a source of both connection and isolation for those living in it but as an artist I find it's a source of endless inspiration.
This curation is a selection of my personal favourites from the talented Bluethumb artists and photographers working in the urban landscape space. Each piece has resonated with me in some way and I would be proud to have any of them hanging on my wall.
