Bluethumb Art Prize: Photography Highlights

Now in its fifth year, the Bluethumb Art Prize has well and truly established itself as one of Australia's most well-renowned art prizes. And with a prize pool of $250,000, this year's prize will be the biggest in the country! This week, we're shining the spotlight on the often-overlooked but ever-astounding art form of photography. A relatively new art form, photography captures the world around us while manipulating the outcome of an image to fit an artist's stylistic expression. This curation showcases the photography highlights from past and current Art Prize entries.
