About this Curation

Have you lucky Melbournians been to the new exhibition at the NGV yet? The lower level has been taken over by the 1980s, joining together two of the most influential artists from the decade: Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Celebrating their street art roots, political messages, pop collaborations and everything in between, the exhibition is is a must-see this summer.
Inspired by the recent opening, we've gathered a selection of our top artists influenced by the works of Haring and Basquiat.
