Ken Done: Twenty Years

Best known for playful markmaking, bold colour palettes and commitment to bringing art into the everyday through his eclectic design projects, Ken Done is identifiable as one of Australiaโ€™s most famous artists. His work has been described as the most original style to come out of Australia and his paintings are in collections throughout the world.
Bluethumb is excited to present Ken Done: Twenty Years exhibition, a collection of 26 of Ken's works created between 2002 and 2022 showing in our flagship Richmond gallery - 330 Bridge Road - from 7 October to 5 November 2022.

Petra Nicel

Petra is the Gallery Assistant at Bluethumb's new Richmond Gallery. Hailing from regional Victoria, Petra moved to Melbourne in 2011 to study a Bachelor of Design Arts, majoring in Visual Art at LCI Melbourne. She has since worked in arts administration roles in the gallery scene, with a particular love for supporting the growth of local emerging artists through her own blogging and curatorial escapades!
