I always feel happy when I’m near a body of water, the ocean, a river or a lake. Where there is water, there is life. The rhythm of waves lapping at the beach or the soothing quite noise of a waterfall is a balm for the soul. Listening to these sounds especially during meditation we can become present in the moment and lose negative thoughts. With this series, I am exploring our relationship to water.
