Beautiful bluish hues and soft clouds cast an eerie spell over this night-time scene on a quiet country road. The result of an 8-minute exposure on fast film; the small flare at the top of the image comes from the moon and gently illuminates the clouds. You can see faint stars through the clouds slowly beginning to create light-streaks from the long exposure.

The image has been professionally scanned from the original 35mm negative, and printed using archival pigment ink on resin-coated Kodak lustre photographic paper. The black border indicates a full-frame uncropped image.

The default print size is on 12”x16” paper, which equates to an actual image size of 25.5cm x 37.5cm.

The photographic paper size is not indicative of the actual image size on the print as there needs to be white space to allow for framing as well as the edition number & signature.
