Artwork Description

"Three Rocks" – 50x60cm Acrylic on Canvas

A deeply personal work inspired by love , this piece represents the journey of my family across Country, from Eora to Dharug lands. The three central circles symbolize our mob, while the pathways weaving through the composition reflect the connections, movement, and growth we’ve shared.

Crafted with intricate dot work and layered colours, this painting carries the essence of storytelling—where land, family, and experience intertwine. The rich earth tones contrast with subtle blues and warm ochres, echoing the spirit of Country.

This is an original, hand-painted piece, 50x60cm on a 4cm deep canvas, ready to hang.

Artist Bio

Danial Kelly

Art, in all its forms, is my essence—my passion, my compass. I move through life guided by creative expression, embracing every medium the moment calls for. From expansive murals to intricate paper works, my practice spans styles and scales, ever-shifting with each day.

My work has been exhibited across Australia and the U.S., from Sydney and Wollongong to The Bronx, Montana, and Philadelphia. I’ve had the honour of contributing to album art for iconic artists such as Westside Gunn, DJ Muggs, Cypress Hill, N.W.A., and many more.

At the heart of my work is an invitation—to step into my world, to feel something familiar and warm, to be transported to a simpler time. My goal is always to create, in whatever way I can—representing music, visual art, film, or the preservation and celebration of culture.

Keeping culture alive is not just a practice—it’s an honour and a responsibility. Through storytelling, I share the spirit of my people, bridging gaps in understanding, and offering insight through art and memory.

Come escape with me. Embrace the journey.
Life’s too short not to feel deeply.

With love,
Danial
