Artwork Description

This Print has been beautifully produced by Cie-Elle Digital Imaging who is one of Australia's leading printing company for Artists. Cie-Elle specialize in scanning Artists paintings and producing high quality archival prints.
This print has been produced on 310gsm Photo rag with 12 colour pigment ink. The quality of this print is that high its very hard to tell the difference between the original.
The original painting is still for sale so please find it in my portfolio.
This stunning place in Stromlo Canberra is the heart of Mountain biking here in Australia. I wanted to capture the stunning view of the back drop and also interpret the speed of the rider and show movement in the painting! With the rain clouds in the distance to the stunning shadows created by the sun I was able to capture the light!
One of my favorite parts is the rocks and how much colour and texture in them.
Inspired by my own racing on the bike!

Artist Bio

As an accomplished oil painter, I specialise in capturing the breathtaking beauty of seascapes and landscapes. My passion lies in the intricate play of light and its reflection in nature, which I strive to bring to life in every piece. My work seeks to establish a profound connection with viewers, drawing them into the realism and serenity of the scenes I paint.

I am a self-taught artist, deeply inspired by my grandmother, an exceptional artist in her own right. Her talent and passion for art ignited my own creative journey from an early age. She taught me to see the world through an artist's eyes, and her influence is a cornerstone of my artistic development.

My journey is also fueled by the unwavering support of my loving wife and our three wonderful daughters. They are my motivation and strength, encouraging me to pursue my dream of becoming a professional artist. Their belief in my vision and talent keeps me dedicated to perfecting my craft and sharing my artistic voice with the world.

Through my paintings, I invite you to explore the stunning interplay of light and nature, to feel the tranquility of the landscapes, and to experience the connection that realism can bring. Thank you for joining me on this artistic journey.
