Living in the Sutherland Shire since an early age, Daniel has always been surrounded by nature. With the bush in his backyard and the beach nearby, inspiration has always been close at hand.
Daniel’s main focus with his art is to capture the freeing feeling of nature, whether it be the beach, ocean or bush.
Although he does also enjoy experimenting with different colour palettes.
At the age of eighteen Daniel underwent chemotherapy in his battle against stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Once in remission he went searching for purpose and direction with his new lease on life. When he discovered fluid art, Daniel found a place he could focus his energy. His passion for this abstract artform grew as he experimented with paints, colours and techniques.
When pouring he loves to bring to life the unique patterns, cells and shapes that form in the paint. Each new painting is like a snowflake, beautiful and different (kind of like people).
Daniel is extremely passionate about creating art. The moment he puts paint to canvas is the best moment of his day. He hopes you experience the same wonder whilst you view his pieces as he does when he creates them.
