Hi, I’m Dannii — the artist behind Coastal Textured Art.

I began my art journey just a year ago, teaching myself through experimentation, creativity, and a lot of heart. Along the way, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn from my mum, an artist of over 50 years, whose passion and knowledge have deeply influenced my own creative path.

Living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland, I draw daily inspiration from the coastal beaches that surround me — the soft sands, layered textures, ocean tones, and ever-changing light. My work reflects that connection to the sea, blending texture and movement to capture the calming essence of coastal living. I'm fortuante to be surrounded by so many beautiful things.

Art is my escape — a place where I can slow down, switch off from the noise of everyday life, and create something that feels peaceful, grounding, and full of soul.
