I am constantly inspired by the colour of the ocean, and the magic of schools of fish. Usually more abstract as I try and capture the fleeting movement of the fish. This painting is slightly more realistic, I even added some eyes on some of the fish on the focal highlight area. Another difference with this painting is that I added some yellow highlights to the fish tails. It is the first time I have used yellow, because it can make the blue's murky, but these quick flashes are just enough to add some extra colour and brightness.
