This was the island Tom Hanks and "Wilson" were so desperate to escape in The Castaway. It remains the most  eye-catching aerial photograph I have captured of Fiji's Yasawa Islands to date (in fact, of the entire South Pacific). As you can see, conditions were perfect. Remarkably, most of the aerial photographs of this island are shot from the beaches on the other side where Tom built his shelter but I'd seen a satellite photograph of it earlier and I was taken by the patterns of the reef.
