My artworks involve vibrant colours, texture and intricate detail.

I have developed a unique style of pointillism involving many vibrant colours with heavy texture. If you stand at a distance the colours are merged by your eye, but if you stand closer you begin to see the contrasting colours and the individual placement of each dot. These artworks look especially good when light shines on them, since the texture casts a layer of intricate shadow over the painting.

Given the choice I always prefer portraits and I aim to come up with new and interesting ways to paint people.

People are pretty amazing, but I think the God who made them is even more amazing; as such I intend to create my works with how God sees us in the fore-front of my mind.

I am influenced by Psalm 139:14:

"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."
