I was watching TV one day when I saw a picture of some sort of fishing boating ploughing through choppy seas. What caught my eye was when the camera filming showed at an angle and I thought ‘that would make an interesting picture’ with the skyline at an angle. I thought that it showed the roughness of the sea, and just how precarious it is being in a fishing boat in the middle of the ocean.
David Scott is a UK born artist residing and creating in Penrith, NSW Australia (at the base of the Blue Mountains!). Painting predominately in oils, due to their ability to blend, his paintings reflect his artistic drive and intuition. David’s goal is to produce a painting that other people just like looking at, that they want hanging on their wall, and that they can find pleasure in viewing at every day.
